About Shine & Sparkle & Hello Fresh Pads
Hi, my name is Adam. I used to be a taxi driver and helped set up Cabby’s Taxis in Chippenham. I worked hard, often up to 80 hours a week. But over time, I found myself missing out on family life.
Many of my customers shared the same struggle. They also found it hard to balance work and family. After Christmas 2024, I started looking for a business idea that would offer more flexibility. I wanted something that would allow people to work during school hours.
While researching, I spoke with more customers. Many of them said they were finding it hard to get reliable, trusted cleaners. After thinking it through and speaking with a friend, I decided to launch Shine & Sparkle Cleaners.
During my research, I found a growing need for holiday let and Airbnb cleaning. Not all property owners live near their rentals. For them, managing a property from afar can be expensive and time-consuming.
That’s where Hello Fresh Pads comes in. We don’t just clean to a 5-star standard. We also:

This helps our clients earn top reviews and gives them peace of mind.
Our Plans for the Future
We already offer an eco-friendly cleaning option. Because it’s more expensive, we leave it as an add-on. This helps keep our main services affordable.
We’re also planning to launch a commercial cleaning division. The name and full details will be announced soon.
Our goal is simple: to grow the business, create local jobs, and give people the chance to work during school hours. That way, they can earn an income without missing time with their families.
